What do we learn? Effective communication is key. And nothing brings teams closer together than a good ol’ tug-of-war between priorities! ?
But in all seriousness, this is a reminder that success isn’t just about “implementing Agile” or ticking boxes on frameworks. It’s about fostering true collaboration, keeping egos in check, and making sure the customer is at the center of every decision – even when everyone has their own version of “what’s most important.”
Let’s keep building bridges, not silos (and maybe fewer escalations, too ?).
